Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2015

Award:  A full scholarship for a ‘preferred university’ master program (a complete list is available at www.worldbank.org/scholarships) in development studies outside of the applicant’s country of citizenship or residence. Scholarship includes full tuition and fees, a monthly living stipend, round-trip air tickets and travel allowance. Upon completion of the program JJ/WBGSP scholars must return to their home countries to apply their new skills to their countries’ social and economic development.
Core Eligibility Criteria:
·         A national of a World Bank member country eligible to borrow;
·         Not a dual citizen of a developed country;
·         Holds a Bachelor (or equivalent) degree;
·         Have at least 3 years of recent development related experience
·         Not be a staff member (which includes consultants) or relative of a staff member of the World Bank Group.
Application Process:

Completed applications, including the application form and two professional references, must be submitted online by 12:00pm EST on Thursday March 19, 2015.
Around 150 awards will be announced by-mid July 2015.
