As IFAD’s chief financial spokesperson, the successful candidate will work with the executive management team to establish financial goals and strategies and oversee their implementation to ensure IFAD’s sustainability in delivering financial services in support of IFAD-funded programmes and projects to invest in rural people. S/he will be responsible for IFAD’s financial integrity, and will assist the President by providing strategic financial leadership. S/he has management responsibility for two divisions: the Financial Services Division and the Treasury Division.
