Logistics Coordinator

Oxfam works with others to overcome poverty and suffering. As an Oxfam employee, you will join a team of professionals that is part of the international confederation of 17 organizations networked together in 94 countries. As part of a global movement for change, we are working together to end world poverty and injustice.
This is an opportunity to play a leading role in coordinating Oxfam’s programme activities relating to Supply and Logistics both in Montsorrado and Nimba. ‘Supply and Logistics’ refers to a broad set of operational and support activities related to requirements planning, procurement and delivery of materials and services, management of fleet and transport.
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with extensive practical field experience including emergencies and experience in handling security coordination / management. You will demonstrate the core competencies and behaviours agreed for humanitarian personnel.
In addition you will have: proven management experience of teams, aiming at sector specific capability building through motivating, developing and supporting others, including OXFAM GB Project partner organizations and experience with donor specific requirements and accountability related to Logistics.

Contract Length: 12 months
