KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and strengthen monitoring inspection and evaluation development procedures for Comic Relief Livelihood Development PSPP Project.
· Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving project output.
· Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project success.
· Provide feedback to the Project Coordinator on project strategies on all project activities.
· Participate in annual project reviews, planning and assist the Project Coordinator in preparing relevant reports.
· Report monthly progress on all project activities to the Project Coordinator.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
· In-depth knowledge on M & E, MIS and development issues.
· Excellent presentation, communication and report writing skills in English, good conceptual, analytical and representational skills.
· Computer skills on MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, Modern Statistical Software etc.
· Self motivated and pro-active, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Team building attitude, ability to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrates gender and cultural awareness.
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Statistics, Social Science Development or related discipline from a recognized university.
EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years leadership and professional experience similar position.
