HR Developement Manager
The role
- Management of the Apprentice and Learnership Programme
- Management of Busary Programme in collaboration with Wits Lecturer
- Manage and administer Talent Pool Programme
Key performance areas
- Communicate orientation to recruitment office according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure implementation of assessment according to best practices in line with company procedures
- Ensure placement of apprentices according to best practice
- Monitor training provider performance
- Implement training & development plan
- Implementing experiential training opportunities
- Co-ordinate feedback reports
Your profile
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- 3 year Degree / Diploma in Training and Development/Human Resources
- 5-years experience in Human Resources & Training & Development
- Proven competence in Microsoft Office applications as well as Mid-range applications such as the ELM-system (Electronic Learner Management System) by Oracle
- Proven competence in Business English proficiency
- Basic knowledge of NQF & SAQA and working with Seta’s
- Experience: Mining environment and customer service
- Good communication skills
- Be able to travel extensively
- Must be fit to visit underground sites
- People skills
- Leadership skills
