The Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism (ICIM) of the Inter-American Development Bank is looking to create a Roster of 7 to 10 technical consultants, independent from Bank Management, who will be consulted as experts in the different areas covered by the operations of the Bank and the application of its Relevant Operational Policies. The members of this Roster will provide the ICIM with strong analytical capacity and expertise in mediation, dispute resolution, compliance and auditing that they will apply to a wide range of issues related to resettlement, indigenous people, and environmental and social safeguards policies. They will contribute with the investigations in a substantive and impartial way.

Members of the Roster must hold an advanced degree (Masters or PhD) and a minimum of 10 years professional experience in a relevant discipline. Oral and written professional fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.
