The TVET programme aimed at improving the structure and perfomance of the TVET system to better respond to Egypt's new socio-economic needs, and in particular at boosting the employability of youth and increase the country competitiveness. The objective of the contract is to build capacity of Ministry of technical education and Training(MoTET) and National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE)
Qualifications Required Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
- Master´s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Social
science or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, computer proficiencies and full proficiency in
English. Fluency in Arabic is an added asset
- Prior working experience in Egypt and/or in the MENA region
- Strong understanding of and previous working experience with EU procedures,
rules and regulations for development projects

Professional Experience Required
- Atleast 6 years of experience in Institutional development and /capacity
building of Public /government institution preferably at Ministry level.
- Proven experience as Team Leader in Institutional Development/Capacity
Development programmes.
- Experience in Human Resources development
