We are looking for: A LOGISTICS, FINANCES AND HUMAN RESSOURCES MANAGER
Context: In Liberia, based in Bomi and Grand Cape Mount
Length of contract: 5 months starting as soon as possible
The position: Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, you will be responsible to manage and provide leadership for provision of logistical, financial and human resource services in Bomi and Grand Cape Mountain. This involves organizing the delivery of services in all three areas, managing the teams, documentation and reporting for these functions under the field coordinator and the heads of departments.

- Implement and ensure the performance of the supply chain and of facilities management
- Implement and ensure the performance of Information and Communication Technology and Network management
- Contribute to security management
- Provide finance management for the base and guide partners in financial management acceptable within ACF policies and procedures.
- Provide Human Resources management
- Set up and follow up collaboration and coordination in logistics with the mission's partners
- Manage the Logistics, Finance and HR teams in the base
The applicant: You hold a post-graduate degree in logistics, preferably with a focus on humanitarian and international logistics. You have already occupied a similar position on the field for an international NGO for at least two years. You have developed a technical expertise both in Logistics and Administration (Finance and HR) and are able to support the base Programs on their needs in terms of the 3 roles.
As a manager, you have developed strong training and capacity-building skills of national staff. You are recognized for your communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of ACF logistics procedures and practices will be a plus.
Written and spoken professional English is compulsory.

Status:
Salaried - Gross monthly salary ranging from €1600 to €1975
Food and hygiene expenses, per diem, transportation costs, collective accommodation and medical insurance
25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of rest and recuperation (R&R) per year
Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris (1 to 2 weeks)
