ABOUT THE JOB:
IESC seeks a Volunteer Expert in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit and Financing for a workshop in Monrovia, Liberia. The assignment is for one week (2 days training) in February or early March 2016.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop a training module for use during the training seminar;
- Successful implementation of the training seminar;
- Successful meetings / discussions with selected participating institutions;
- Report on the information obtained from discussions with selected institutions;
- A summarized assessment report (within 15 days of the completion of the task). The assessment report should include observed / learned current bank practices with capacity and how IBEX can assist to improve their system in the future.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in finance, particularly related to banking/treasury management;
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred;
- Previous experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa is not required, but highly preferred.
