Site Manager (m/f) Congo Brazzaville

Your Challenge:

• Overall responsibility for the execution of works at project site in compliance with the clients’ main contract, time schedule, budget and quality of works
• Site representative of the company to the client, consultants, consortium, subcontractors, local authorities etc. in cooperation with the Project Manager and Regional Director
• Motivation of the Site Team and conflict management at the site
• Implementation of VAMED rules & guidelines for works at project site (site manual) in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Leading and coordination of internal & external site meetings
• Allocation & coordination of tasks & responsibilities of the Site Team (for supervision of civil works, M&E works, pre-installations, receipt & storage of materials & equipment, equipment installation, testing & commissioning, local training, etc.)
• Time Scheduling and updating the overall time schedule for all trades
• Monitoring of claims to the client, consortium partners, subcontractors, etc.
  Your Profile:
• Technical degree (from university or a technical college) in architecture or civil engineering
• At least 10 years professional experience in site management, preferably in Africa or developing countries
• Excellent language skills in English and French, other languages are beneficial
• Computer skills (MS-Office, MS Project)
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Self-confident, assertive and highly flexible
• Precise and structured working style
• Intercultural competence
• High mobility and/or readiness to travel abroad (including longer international assignments)
