Biomedical Engineer (m/f) Office Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris), France

Your Challenge:

• Equipment planning, management of room equipment lists, drafting of catalogues including specifications and quantities, cost estimates, preparation of the general specifications, compilation and presentation of the documentation to the customer
• Definition and description of the detailed specifications of medical equipment
• Contact with suppliers, requests for proposals and offer processing
• Internal calculation of equipment and work load
• Determination of interfaces in co-ordination with construction management, facility management and CAD operations
• Support of the purchase and logistics department
• Drafting of time schedules and clarification of pre-installation requirements
• Drafting of offers and project management (processing of customer requests and requirements, participation in customer negotiations, hospital operational planning, drafting of time schedules for project management and calculations, compilation of facts to facilitate decision-making by the department supervisor
• Active co-operation with other organizational units / departments
  Your Profile:
• Technical degree (from a technical college, university of applied sciences or university of technology), MTA (medical-technical assistant) or comparable education
• Sound knowledge of medical equipment
• Excellent computer skills (MS-Office)
• Excellent language skills in English and French, other languages are beneficial
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Self-confident, assertive and highly flexible
• Intercultural competence
• Precise and structured working style
• High mobility and/or readiness to travel abroad
