The current Director of the Institute is stepping down in 2016 and there is an opportunity for an outstanding candidate to provide leadership and direction to a respected and influential non-profit organisation. The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable standing in their field and extensive knowledge of current environmental issues and policy in both Europe and further beyond. The Trustees will be looking, above all, for a candidate with the clarity of thought and purpose necessary to steer the Institute’s development over a period of years as well as the ability to communicate and work closely with the Institutes partners’, audience and funders. The role requires an active presence in both our Brussels and London offices. This is a demanding role but, a very rewarding one.
