We are looking for: TWO FIELD COORDINATORS
Country: Sierra Leone based in Kambia and Moyamba
Length of contract: 6 months from the 15th of May and 1st of June
The position:The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, consolidating and ensuring smooth implementation of program and operation activities and adherence to logistics, HR, admin and security procedures. More specifically, you will have to:
Coordinate ACF country strategy implementation at field level
Coordinate overall implementation of program at field level
Manage the team at field level
Facilitate good relationships with the coordination team
Represent ACF and liaise with regional authorities, UN, NGOs at field and regional level
Ensure reporting and communication
Overall management of Security
The applicant:
MA in Humanitarian Program Coordination, International Development, International Relations or equivalent desirable. At least 3 years on similar position as expatriate for humanitarian NGO. Proven experience in working with government institutions, NGOs and UN. Experience in coaching, mentoring and training. Knowledge of the Project Cycle Management. Experienced in western Africa is a plus. Proficient English.
Status:
Gross monthly salary ranging from €1805 to €2305 depending on relevant experience
Food and hygiene expenses, per diem, transportation costs, collective or individual accommodation, medical insurance
25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of rest and recuperation (R&R) per year
Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris (1 to 2 weeks)
