About the role Under the general supervision of the Chief, Capability Development and under direct supervision of the Capability Development Specialist in charge of WFP Leadership Development Project, the Consultant will primarily support the following 4 key phases of Leadership Development Programme for WFP.
Once the programme of Leadership Development is launched, the Consultant is in charge to keep the learning programme for WFP leaders running through the faculty of internal trainers. The position will be based in our headquarters in Rome, Italy, for an initial contract period of 11 months.

In addition, the Consultant is expected to support the Capability Development Branch with other learning programmes from the learning needs analysis through vendor management, learning solution development, learning delivery, LMS administration until learning measurement and reporting.
