As Regional Grants Quality Assurance Advisor you will focus on strengthening National Offices (NO) in areas of Grants Management, through provision of training and capacity building aimed at strengthening National Offices grant management and donor compliance. Take lead in coordinating stakeholders, with Rolling out new grants and close out activities on both program and financial matters. Develop and maintain database for reporting and tracking all proposal and grant information and ensuring the accuracy and updating of information on the Departments web site/database.
Requirements include:
- Minimum requirement: Masters degree in Business Administration or Development and or other advanced training in Relationship Management a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years managing USAID, DFID, EU grants.
- Familiarity with Southern Africa is an added plus.
- Strong analytical ability with experience in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, developing proposals, business and implementation plans.
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
