Road Network Planning Adviser

The Papua New Guinea - Australia Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP) continues the Australian Government’s long term commitment to the PNG transport infrastructure sector. The shared long term goal of TSSP is a safer, more reliable transport network in place enabling economic and social development in PNG. The Papua New Guinea - Australia Transport Sector Support Program, managed by SMEC, is an Australian aid project, funded by the Australian Government.
The Road Network Planning Adviser position works with DoW to improve organisational capacity in the areas of strategic and functional road network planning. This role will assist in the preparation of funding estimates and budget submissions, and in the design and implementation of suitable road asset management models.
This position is classified as a Discipline Group C, Level 4 position under the Australian Government's Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
