We are working with an International Oil Company who is looking to expand their resources in North Africa and grow their upstream capabilities. The organisation prides itself on service excellence and innovation and in recent times has excelled in challenging and harsh environments around the world.
They are looking for an Offshore Drilling and Completions Supervisor to work on a 28*28 rotational basis in North Africa. The first three rotations will be spent in Libya and following this the role will be deployed elsewhere inside the organisation, most likely in Ghana or the Middle East. This is a challenging project on board a Semi-Sub exploration rig and will be responsible for supervising offshore drilling and completion execution.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
•Coordinating offshore drilling and completion activities
•Represent company at rigsite in all matters
•Ensure that offshore drilling and completion operations are carried out safely and with good oilfield practice
The company are looking for people with previous experience in offshore drilling and completions and possess a valid IWCF and BOSIET. A degree qualification in an engineering related discipline is also firmly preferred.
