CaLP Consultancy opportunity - Identification of Cash Programming Capacity Gaps amongst State Actors in the Arid and Semi-Arid Areas (ASALs) N. Kenya

Objectives:Guided by the work being done by CaLP at global level on capacity building and institutionalization, this consultancy is based on the following primary objective:
To carry out capacity needs assessment to better inform the kind of support that the national and the target county governments of Kenya and the community of practice will need to improve the instutionalisation of cash. This will also inform the wider capacity building initiatives specific to this project and other such initiatives in future.
