Restless Development in partnership with Reproductive Health Uganda and the Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions UGAPRIVI is leading community initiatives that empower young people of Karamoja to adopt safe sexual reproductive behaviours and generate sustainable livelihoods in response to market demand through skills training, post-training services and linkages to coordinated
support from relevant non-state and state actors.
The Programme Manager will head up our field office in Moroto and will provide project leadership to the two programme in Karamoja. S/he will be responsible for the successful delivery and will work through a team of talented young staff. S/he will oversee all partnership management, and ensure effective financial, grant and personnel management.
