Oxfam International and its 17 affiliates worldwide have embarked on an ambitious ‘Vision2020’ strategic change process, building on all changes in the past few years. Top level decisions have been made by senior management and the confederation is ready to move into the next phase of implementation at country, regional and global levels.
The changes are expected to have a profound impact on much of our work on the ground and globally, as well as on the way we organise ourselves, our structures, staff and relationships with other stakeholders.

The Country Change Manager has a coordinating relationship with the OI Vision2020 change managers’ global team and works closely with the Regional Change Management team.
The Role
The Country Change Manager will review the change management component of the 2020 process in South Sudan, especially regarding the provision of support to Oxfam leadership in country. You will support the OI Country Director and the team in South Sudan in monitoring the implementation of V2020 in the country. You will have a global view of the changes to be implemented in the country as part of the process and to ensure that the changes agreed in the country and at regional level are implemented taking into account the interrelationship of the different elements (technology, systems, programme strategies) in the countries. You will coordinate specific actions of change management activities that different actors (affiliates, country teams, etc.) will be implementing, to ensure they have a common approach and are in line with agreed plans. In addition, you will identify any needs the country might have in order to make this change possible and to channel demands to regional and global level to obtain the necessary support; to evaluate and analyse achievements to redirect any change required in country (corrective measures).
