Restless Development are seeking an outstanding leader to head our Investments and Partnerships unit in Zimbabwe. We are entering an ambitious new strategic plan from 2016-2021, meaning that this role will be a driver of growth within the organization. The Investments and Partnership Manager will lead on developing an innovative strategy to diversify our funding streams. They will, build strong and lasting relationships with diverse strategic partners including government, multilateral and bilateral agencies, trusts and foundations, and partner NGOs. The Investments and Partnerships Manager will pro-actively seek out new potential partners and donors whose strategies and approaches are aligned with those of Restless Development. This role will also manage existing donor partnerships in-country using grant and project cycle management approaches. They will work closely with the Country Director and Management Committee to enhance programme quality, through effective programme development, from proposal writing and project cycle management in line with donor requirements and internal Programme Quality standards to implementation and reporting.
