Regional Business Systems Specialist

Working in building powerful partnerships for children for over 75 years and present on 70 countries, Plan International strives for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children while working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners. The Regional Business Systems Specialist is responsible to lead, facilitate and coordinate quality implementation of all Plan business systems namely, SAP and HRIS, across RESA region. The role provides a combination of on-site and remote troubleshooting, finding additional resources for countries on mission critical systems related requirements. On SAP the function will also monitor and report regularly on country SAP performance across all modules including grants, programmes, finance and Procurements; advising EROMT, CDs and the country SAP subject matter experts on improving SAP usage. The role Coordinates various SAP SME experts and builds a strong community of SAP experts across the countries in RESA. The specialist will also support management of the HRIS by ensuring access and user training of system administrators to enable up-to-date organization structure management, accurate data capture, and monitoring through appropriate reporting. They will also ensure access to learning resources, trouble shoot technical HRIS issues on active modules including time sheet, success factors and other modules as acquired by Plan from time to time. The Business Systems Specialist also acts as the single point of contact for NOs, Global Central Project team, Regional Office, Country Office on all SAP related activities. The role links with other RO departments namely finance Procurement, Grants and Programmes on SAP related matters.
