A global leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Freight Forwarding, are currently recruiting for a Country Head of QHSE for their Angolan operation.
Job Description
- To act as the 'representative of the customer' within the country organization, with a remit to ensure the delivery of measurable, reliable and predictable operational quality to local customers directly and to the wider company network that serves customers indirectly;
- To support and guide the country management team in all aspects of business process optimization, ensuring a continuous assessment and improvement of productivity and efficiency;
- To support organizational development and to assume responsibility for management of relevant projects using standard corporate methodology;
- To contribute actively to the development and improvement of corporate standards for business processes and related methodologies, and to align the respective country of responsibility according to those corporate standards.
- Adapt and implement the Corporate HSE Guidelines & Standards to suit the Country Requirements.

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese
Computer Literacy
- MS office skills and good knowledge regarding PA IT systems
