Job Title: Jr. Database Administrator

Job Description:

The Junior Database Manager is primarily responsible for the strategic integration of the organization’s performance management systems. Additionally, the Junior Database Manager will ensure the database is configured to track client outcome indicators across all services, as well as client demographic data. The Junior Database Manager reports directly to the Managing Director of Program Operations. Key attributes of a successful Junior Database Manager include the ability to manage many complex and detailed tasks simultaneously; to act as a thought-partner in developing and implementing mission-aligned initiatives; and to work both collaboratively and independently with key stakeholders and partnering organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation and management of ETO system (including dashboard configuration, setting permissions, overseeing platform upgrades and configurations).
• Coordinate the development of reports on performance indicators, individual client progress and funder reporting data.
• Assist with the analysis of performance data and bench mark data against strategic priorities for the organization.
• Provide basic and advanced training to program staff and other end users.
• Oversee quality assurance strategies to ensure system utilization and fidelity while making recommendations for the enhancement and improvement of internal practices.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with performance management software; preferably ETO.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects and Crystal reports.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for both advanced and general audiences.
• Deep knowledge of database systems, including data entry, maintenance, quality assurance and report-writing.
• Proficiency in office software and equipment including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills—ability to think strategically about the big picture while implementing essential elements at a task level.
