As Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Director you will have overall responsibility for providing coordination and leadership for monitoring and evaluation of the grant, including formative investigation (pre-intervention baseline), ongoing data collection, and summative research evaluation (post-intervention). As M&E Director you will also be responsible for the evaluation that will sum up the grant’s accomplishments in accurate and objective way.
Requirements include:
- Master’s degree in Public Health or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring grants.
- Three years of field-based M&E experience.
- Report writing, research, monitoring and evaluation skills.
- French and English language skills.
- Estimated 25% travel to the field activities required. –
