Cowater is currently recruiting Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Site Engineers for on-going projects. Candidates must have excellent English written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be based in the field for a term of on to two years.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and licensed as a professional engineer (or equivalent certification);
- At least 10 years’ experience in the planning, design, and construction of rural water & sanitation systems in developing countries;
- At least 5 years’ experience in the management and supervision of large-scale rural water supply and sanitation works construction;
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote and rural areas;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work with limited supervision;
- Demonstrated experience in developing countries.
