JOB SUMMARY
The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) seeks a short-term Experiential Learning Legal Education Expert (ELEE), who will provide technical assistance regarding the implementation of experiential learning methodologies within legal education programs in Egypt This will be a 2-3 month assignment based in Cairo, Egypt. The ELEE expert will work directly with the Country Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support university law faculty in developing legal education programs that include experiential learning methodologies such as use of case studies, moot courts, other competitions etc.
- Assist with development of administrative procedures and policies curriculum, teaching modules and syllabi, organize trainings for university faculty on the use of experiential learning methodologies;
- Assist universities to develop policies and processes for provision of legal education using experiential methods; and
- Develop linkages between universities and the greater legal community on the use of experiential methods;
