GLOBAL/UK - YOUTH-LED MONITORING & ACCOUNTABILITY TRAINING CONSULTANT

Salary: A consultancy fee of £4,730 for a suitably qualified consultant. Payments will be based on deliverables completed over the consultancy period.
Location: Applications welcomed from candidates outside of the UK, although availability to attend in-person meetings with Restless Development staff in London is beneficial.
Contributing to our Big Idea programme, and in partnership with Plan UK, African Monitor and YES Ghana, Restless Development is launching the Accountability Advocates project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The project aims to build the capacity of youth-led community-based organisations (CBOs) across African and Europe to hold governments to account effectively and to demonstrate how, young people can lead, and partner with others in, the monitoring of the new Sustainable Development Goals which will be launched in September 2015. We will be recruiting 20 young leaders from youth-led CBOs in Africa and Europe to act as Accountability Advocates.
Restless Development is seeking a consultant to design two key capacity building resources to support the Accountability Advocates to design a national monitoring and accountability framework in collaboration with partners.
