Contributing to our Big Idea programme, and in partnership with Plan UK, African Monitor and YES Ghana, Restless Development is launching the Accountability Advocates project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The project aims to build the capacity of youth-led community-based organisations (CBOs) across African and Europe to hold governments to account effectively and to demonstrate how, young people can lead, and partner with others in, the monitoring of the new Sustainable Development Goals which will be launched in September 2015. We will be recruiting 20 young leaders from youth-led CBOs in Africa and Europe to act as Accountability Advocates.
