This is an exciting position for someone with proven senior management experience and a track record of working in Emergency situations, developing individuals and teams to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and values-led organisation.
Acting as our Head of Ebola Emergency Response Programmes in country, you will work closely with our Country Director and Head of Operations helping to shape our future direction and strategy in an Ebola and Ebola Recovery Context. You will lead on systems development, programme quality, operations and HR on all Ebola Response Programmes within Sierra Leone and play a lead role in overseeing internal performance across a range of organisational areas relating to the Ebola Response.
