MR Sales Engineer Israel

Job description 

Take care of direct sales to key customers in the assigned area and achieve sales targets according to defined Business Line plan as described in current VC Letter.
Identify market potential and unique selling points for the products in specific segments.
Monitor and report the market situation and competition activities in the assigned area.
Identify relevant channels for optimized market coverage. 
Market products at all stages of the product life cycle.
Secure effective way to launch new products, develop launch package and prepare launch of new products in cooperation with Marketing Communications.
Communicate with product company about product features /applications. Support customers and distributors with technical solution/advice for specific tasks.
Coordinate the preparation of business plan for products, areas and channels under responsibility.
Develop and increase market share in the assigned area by performing activities defined in current Business Line plan.
Regularly and completely report activities and data in line with company rules and standards.
Act fully in line with Business Code of Practice, The Way We do Things standards, OH&S rules and other internal standards as well as legal regulations relevant for the job performed.
Efficiently utilize the organization’s resources (technical, financial, human, time).
Take full responsibility and ownership of own professional development and actively participate on development activities in line with set development plan.
Execute other job related activities assigned by reporting manager.
Promote product information to relevant Sales Engineers and distributors. Identify, prepare, execute and evaluate sales training for the team of the distributor.

Mission 
Looking for a highly motivated customer oriented professional to be our area Sales Engineer for the Mining and Rock Excavation in Israel, Tel Aviv. This is an excellent oportunity for a high caliber professional who wants to make the difference at a well esteblished international company with a distinctive local presense. 
Reporting to the MR Business Line Manager of Greece Israel and Cyprus, the is to develop and grow the sales market of Mining and Rock Excavation Products and applications through B to B and B to C, proficient Management of local sales inititatives and Distributors in close cooperation with the Business Line Manager.

Experience requirements 
· Minimum 5 years of Experience in B2B sales, in Sales or Marketing related roles. · Specific commercial experience in Mining will be appreciated.

<b>Knowledge</b> 
· Excellent command of the local language and good command of English is a must. · Good computer Knowledge is a must. ·Clean Driving license.
<

Educational requirements 
·A degree/diploma in Minin g Engineering or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. · A Relative Masters is Marketing and or Sales is a plus

· Strong customer focus, pro-active, 24/7 availability and result-oriented. · Hold an open communication at all levels. · Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty. · Structured and practical aiming to solve daily issues, being capable to drive actions into positive end. · Willingness to follow procedures but openness in creativity and inovation. · Expected to be able to work alone and remotely but should preserve and promote the team spirit, fairness and respect for all individuals in the organization. ·Ability to travel nationally on a regular basis.
