Location/Contract Details:
WWF office in Gland, Switzerland. This is a fixed-term contract from 1st June to 31st December 2015 (maternity leave replacement).Main responsibilities:
People Development:- Supports the design, development and implementation of the new WWF approach to learning in coordination with Partner, Learning and Culture and the PD team, including platform design and development, communication materials and activities, engagement with the HR community and other stakeholders.
- Contributes to the management of virtual learning activities on all PD learning and assessment platforms (i.e. e-Campus, Yammer, DDI 360). Monitors and evaluates use of platforms and collects and processes learning analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation in PD’s approaches.
- Actively participates in driving the adoption of relational learning in WWF, primarily by supporting and managing Coaching and Mentoring activities in coordination with Partner, Management Development. Develops and manages the PD Mentoring programmes.
- Supports all aspects of event management for face to face learning programmes (i.e. Intro Course, PMP, Leading at the Top), including logistics and coordination. Manages participants’ communication and coordination.
- Contributes to PD projects, initiatives and campaigns; Plays an active role in driving PD branding and communication activities.
- Project manages and supports the network HR community capacity building programme.
- Supports Manager, P&OD with financial and admin activities.
- Performs other duties on ongoing projects as agreed mutually within the PD team.
- Support on the administration of the recruitment process from A to Z for all recruitments for WWF International and key recruitments for PO’s and GI’s;
- Create and update job advertisements, recruitment logistics;
- Screen candidates for organization and cultural fit;
- Participate as panel member and advise line managers in good interviewing techniques and best practices for support positions;
- Liaise with candidates and administer candidate responses/ travel/ expenses/ relocation/references;
- Administrate and maintain job description files and recruitment lists;
- Respond to enquiries on recruitments and to incoming spontaneous applications;
- Manage social media recruitment channels (Twitter & Linkedin & Blog);
- Draft contract for newcomers;
What you need:
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies- Commercial diploma or university degree;
- At least 3 years relevant experience in an international environment;
- Experience working in Recruitment and in Event Management an advantage;
- Strong customer focus;
- Team player and ability to take initiative;
- Diplomacy and ability to deal with a variety of situations and confidential issues;
- Ability to build relationships and foster effective communication;
- Good organizational, administrative, multitasking and prioritization skills;
- Good communication skills, both orally and in writing;
- Advanced knowledge of social media tools, online learning tools;
- Strong command of English, French an asset;
- Interest in conservation and WWF's work;
