Salary: £28,695 - £37,394 per annum
Warwick is seeking an experienced marketing and recruitment officer to support the Marketing Manager in the development of marketing and recruitment across CPE on teacher education and professional development programmes in UK and overseas.
You will provide advice and develop marketing and student recruitment plans that support student recruitment on initial teacher education and professional development programmes in UK and oversees. You’ll also have responsibility for advising and/or producing materials to bring your marketing plans to life, whether they’re promotional brochures, posters or online advertising campaigns.

To ensure your plans are really robust, you’ll benefit from our collaborative atmosphere, which will see you work with colleagues across CPE and external stakeholders.
As a versatile communicator, you’ll have already gained considerable experience of working in a marketing team, perhaps in a Higher Education or private sector. You will possess an excellent level of written and interpersonal skills.
You’ll also boast a wide range of marketing skills, encompassing the creation of marketing messages, use of online channels and managing market research. We are also looking for someone with excellent project management skills. Experience of working on professional development programmes in education in UK and internationally is highly desirable.
Fixed term contract for 12 months or secondment opportunity. The post is likely to be extended for 3 – 5 years subject to funding.
