Salary: £28,695 - £37,394 per annum
Warwick is seeking an experienced Academic Technologist to support the Senior Academic Technologist in the development of technology enhanced learning across the Centre for Professional Education (CPE) on teacher education and professional development programmes in UK and overseas.
This is an exciting time to join CPE and we are looking for a real innovator who can help us develop significantly our use of technology to support our services.
You will lead on the operational development of learning technology for CPE, including evaluation and implementation of new e-products; designing and/or supporting the use of products and learning platforms; and working in partnership with IT Services, and other University staff and external suppliers in UK and overseas.
You will have significant experience in a similar educational technology development role, excellent technical knowledge and skills and a proven creative approach to developing e-solutions. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of supporting individuals through change. Experience of working on professional development programmes in education in UK and internationally is highly desirable.
Fixed term contract for 12 months or secondment opportunity. The post is likely to be extended for 3 – 5 years subject to funding.
