Salary: £24,775 – £27,864 per annum
Warwick is seeking a Project Officer to take responsibility for providing the administrative support for the Centre for Professional Education’s professional development programmes, initial teacher education and related programmes.
You will develop and implement strategies to achieve effective project administration to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget to a high standard.
This role has a strong stakeholder management component and is pivotal in working collaboratively with a complex range of stakeholders and priorities in the UK and overseas, ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery against key milestones.
You must be an experienced administrator with an excellent level of written and interpersonal skills. You must be a self-starter, highly adaptable and experienced at working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards. You will possess outstanding organisational and project management skills. You will also have knowledge of University student regulations and procedures, internal and external student activity, course and programme reporting requirements along with experience of working with MS Office programs.
Possession of an Honours degree or equivalent is desirable. Previous experience of working in a higher education or similar context, and experience of working in an international context is also desirable.
Fixed term contract for 12 months or secondment opportunity. The post is likely to be extended for 3 – 5 years subject to funding.
