Director of International Programmes

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Director of International Programmes. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for approximately 600 staff across our UK, regional and country programme offices, and a budget in 2015/16 of circa £60m. As a member of the Directors Team you will take corporate responsibility for WaterAid’s leadership, management and development. 

Working alongside other WaterAid member organisations you will lead on developing a coherent programme of work across the globe. You will bring extensive strategic management and leadership experience as well as a sound understanding of current global trends impacting on the work of international NGOs.

This is an exciting time to join WaterAid. We have recently launched our 2015-20 Global Strategy with a vision of everyone everywhere having access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene by 2030.
