We are currently seeking an outstanding and distinctive individual to lead us through our next phase of development and manage this diverse, progressive and dynamic organisation. The Chief Executive will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction which inspires, engages and motivates employees, supporters and partners to deliver our mission effectively and efficiently within the World Vision International partnership.
This role offers a unique challenge for a committed Christian with a heart for the poor and a commitment to the mission of World Vision. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience of leading and managing complex international organisations and professional expertise in a mix of strategy development, marketing, fundraising and commercial management. S/he will be innovative and motivational with excellent ambassadorial skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a complex stakeholder map. Experience of working in a charity and/or international development is desirable but not essential.

The role is based in Milton Keynes with regular meetings in London, and the salary is competitive with the market rate and commensurate with the seniority of the appointment.
