A FOOD SECURITY AND LIVELIHOODS PROGRAM MANAGERS
Food Aid - Cash Based Interventions

Length of contract: 6 months to 12 months
The position: Under the supervision of Field Coordinator, the Food Security and Livelihoods Program Managers (FSL) will have to guarantee the quality, relevance and scaling of Food Security & Livelihoods (FSL) strategy and interventions at the mission, in conformity with ACF and international standards and national policies. More specially, you will be in charge to: Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting projects FSL- Ensure the implementation of the FSL programs in line with the logical framework of the intervention, budget, logistics and administrative procedures ACF- Identify technical and operational constraints related to the implementation of projects and be proactive for resolution- Define and Implement a monitoring and evaluation plan to measure the achievement of program objectives and evaluate the impact of the program- Produce monthly monitoring reports, delivery reports, and donor reports Coach and manager teams- Recruit, manage and evaluate its team- Develop the skills of team members Contribute to the funding and technical development in the sector- Capitalize program data and documentation of innovations- Transmit technical and operational knowledge about the program Participate in the coordination and representation of ACF in its area of intervention- Coordinate activities with other ACF sectors and departments, and with other actors on the area- Represent ACF and maintaining relations with partners, UN agencies, NGOs, etc. Analyze the strategy and positioning of the FSL Department- Analyze the humanitarian situation in FSL and the context of intervention in its area of intervention- Participate in the definition of the strategy on its area of operations and sector strategy at national level- Be the guarantor of the implementation of projects in line with the ACF charter ACFIN the strategic framework, the regional strategy, FSL policies, etc. Contribute to the formulation of projects- Identify humanitarian needs FSL- Propose answers arrangements tailored to the target population and local stakeholders- Contribute to the writing of the parties FSL project proposalsThe applicant: Graduate, you have at least 6 months minimum experience in humanitarian project management, preferably in the area of Food Security & Livelihoods and Logistics.
You have a strong organizational, interpersonal, communications, multi-tasking and networking skills. You have also excellent managerial and leadership skills that will allow you to manage and train your team effectively.
Status:
Volunteer status (VSI) or salaried status depending on relevant experience
Gross monthly salary ranging from €1600 to €1975 or €838 of VSI indemnity per month
Food and hygiene expenses, per diem, transportation costs, collective accommodation and medical insurance
25 days of annual paid leaves and 20 days of rest and recuperation (R&R) per year
Pre departure training, at the HQ in Paris (1 to 2 weeks)
