Interim Head of Learning & Organisation Development

About the Role
As the Interim Head of Learning and Organisation Development you will be responsible for developing a global talent strategy that aligns with business goals and attracts, retains and develops individuals. Additionally you will be responsible for the organisation's learning and development agenda and lead on the design and delivery of creative development solutions which enhance individual, team and organisational performance.
About the Function
The HR function is responsible for the ensuring that the appropriate, sustainable, organisational structure is in place for MSI to achieve its mission, goals and objectives. As custodians of the values and culture of the organisation, the HR team are responsible for the employment policies, procedures, practices and systems that govern the employee life cycle.
About you
You will have designed, delivered and project managed learning and development solutions and programmes to meet customer needs based on external best practice and research as well as evaluated return on investment across a range of learning and development interventions. You will also have designed and implemented talent management and succession planning programmes within an international complex environment and have experience of working with senior leaders to develop appropriate learning and development solutions to address organisational needs.
In addition, you will also have the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external partners together with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face to face facilitation/training delivery.
