Interim HR Systems & Reward Business Partner

About the Role
As the HR Systems & Reward Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact for supporting the business with queries/problems around the Self Service element of the HR System, offering training as appropriate. You will provide technical support for system maintenance together with a clear understanding of the behaviour of the system software in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems, and to apply fixes where necessary. As well as being responsible for preparing and submitting the preparation and submission of regular management information packs to effect business decisions by using people and performance data to drive business improvement and decision making.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing the reward strategy together with the implementation of tools for annual HR processes and responsible for mmanaging the cyclical HR processes such as salary reviews, annual performance, business planning and bonus payments from a systems perspective. In addition to managing and reviewing the employee benefits packages together with the employee recognition and reward programme.
About the Function
The HR function is responsible for the ensuring that the appropriate, sustainable, organisational structure is in place for MSI to achieve its mission, goals and objectives. As custodians of the values and culture of the organisation, the HR team are responsible for the employment policies, procedures, practices and systems that govern the employee life cycle.
About You
You will have good project management skills with experience of systems administration, developing reports, analysis and statistics interpretation as well as experience of using HR/Payroll databases and dealing with highly confidential data.
In addition, you will have broad experience of reward including flexible benefits, negotiation and procurement as well as experience in the delivery of best practice remuneration plans and Job evaluation. As well as proven technical skills using Excel modelling techniques and a general knowledge of language used for scripting or automation of routine tasks
