Working field: The selected fellow is responsible for the project management. This includes the coordination of the international research consortium and the operative management of the project. Applicants are also expected to conduct both theoretically and methodologically advanced research tasks that fall within the framework of the overall research agenda of the project. Especially the conduction and analyses of interviews as well as workshops will be part of the tasks. It shall enable a socio-technical knowledge transfer for developing a crisis management tool. Furthermore, scientific publications and acquisition of new projects will be a continuous part of this position.
Requirements: Successful candidates must have completed a university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in social sciences, preferably with a focus on social studies of science and technology; experiences in crisis management, security studies and criminology are advantageous; experience with working in international research projects and project management are essential; experiences in the acquisition of research grants; proficiency in English / more information can be obtained from Robert Pelzer (Pelzer@ztg.tu-berlin.de).
