Do you want to have one of the most exciting and influential jobs in humanitarian campaigning? Do you want to lead the design and delivery of campaign plans, manage policy, media, campaigns and communications staff, support longer-term programme advocacy, and manage relations with a diverse range of allies, targets and crisis-affected people? If you join our team as Oxfam's Roving Campaigns and Advocacy Manager, you will enjoy this opportunity and many others whilst on overseas deployments often for 2-4 months.
We are looking for applicants who have a track record in successful campaigning and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. You’ll be a strong communicator with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills. You'll have the flexibility and temperament to work in challenging and fast-changing environments. You'll also have a strong desire to promote human rights, equality, and changes in policies and practice that empower vulnerable people around the world.
