Responsible for driving HCIT (Healthcare Information Technology) sales and profitable growth by identifying market-centric business development activity, creating new revenue channels, establishing key market promoters and facilitating achievement of targeted opportunities. Manage and develop the channel partnerships and team to drive the HCIT product portfolio in South Africa. • Develop orders, revenue and margin objectives for channel partners and his / her direct reports and manage commercial and customer sales activities to achieve Operating Plan in his / her region • Drive analysis of competition and market activities in the region and effectively utilize key industry information and market intelligence to gain competitive advantage and grow share • Actively participate on defining Product, Marketing and Go To Market strategies including building external partnerships to expand market to grow • Leverage Turnkey and radiology sales team of Africa to create competitive advantage for One GEHC to wins with focus on big deals and new hospital infrastructure projects. • Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow NPS and revenue. • Build long-term relationship with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customers interface. • Build a collaborative environment, which values focus, accountability for results and teamwork to the overall benefit of customers. • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with company integrity policies and an effective Quality System; drive and cascade Africa commercial and compliance priorities within his / her region. • Responsible for the execution of well prepared presentations and demonstrations to meet the sales needs of customers and prospects • Work with Sales Leadership to drive sales and orders growth and ensure all department goals and objectives are met • Support of all Operating Mechanisms and sales process including the IITS sales process, performance reporting, the GE business planning process, Growth Playbook, and GE employee development process, Session C. Quality Specific Goals: • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs. • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System. | |
• Bachelor’s Degree • Proven success and minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and business operations management in Healthcare or IT environment • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process • Strong leadership skills and experienced in all aspects of people mgt (coaching, tem building, development, etc) • Solid negotiation and problem solving and conflict management skills • Executive selling, strategic selling tools and process • Language skills - fluent English and second language preferred (Arabic, Turkish, French) • Willingness and ability to travel as needed Preference will be given to EE candidates. | |
