FAMI-QS Asbl is the management and co-ordination centre for the FAMI-QS Certification. FAMI-QS is a pioneer in its field, being the only certifiable Code specifically aimed at specialty feed ingredients and their mixtures for animal nutrition. The Code addresses safety, quality and regulatory compliance, in order to minimise the risk of unsafe specialty feed ingredients entering the food and feed chain. It offers independent certification for all operators placing these products on the market. Based on a partnership with international Certification Bodies and institutional partners in third countries, it includes more than 850 certified sites spread across over 45 countries.
In order to reinforce its team, the FAMI-QS Secretariat, Brussels based, is currently seeking for immediate appointment an Administration Assistant (m/f).
Your main responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Data entry and maintenance of the certification database
- Invoicing
- Coordinating the certification process
- Proofreading documents in English
- Coordination of meeting/events
- Provide support to the Management team in the administration and management of the worldwide activities of FAMI-QS asbl
- Website maintenance

- Higher education
- You are well organised and target-oriented, naturally service-oriented, showing both persistence and flexibility
- You are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines without supervision
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are proficient in English (both oral and written) and fluent in French
- Excellent IT and computer skills
- You are interest in certification systems
