Inventory Planner
The Role
To secure the end customer Parts availability, cost effective after market operations and NWC efficiency by implementing the global inventory processes and best practises in agreed Sales Areas as well as assisting Regional Inventory Managers with strategic stock items processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Parts availability performance, NWC efficiency and Strategic Stock compliance in selected Sales Area(s).
- Stakeholder management in agreed Sales Area(s), parts inventory data analysis and corrective actions.
- To compile the Parts inventory information for performance KPI's.
- To support Regional Inventory Managers with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Assisting the Regional Inventory Managers in processing the Strategic Stock requests
Requirements/Skills required;
- Interpersonal and change management skills
- Good planning and problem solving skills
- Analytical Approach
- Good knowledge of system tools ( System21, Aurora, Excel, Access,,,,,)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel in Africa
Your Profile
Matric (Grade 12). Bachelor/master’s degree in Logistics and/or in International Business studies or knowledge acquired by wide experience in similar duties/functions. 2-5 years experience within Parts logistics and or after market tasks.
