Oversee system maintenance and customer satisfaction levels within the assigned area. This, includes all corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance software and hardware activities. Additionally, responsibility to assist in rotational on-call duty. Manage distributors contractors and ensure support service’s SLA is met by distributor and its contractors. • Perform preventative maintenance and corrective action on products in timely manner. • Document engineering changes to improve equipment reliability or performance. • Establish and maintain a proper business relationship with customers, distributor & peers. • Maintain agreed customer satisfaction levels , by managing GE and distributor resources. • Escalate all actual or potential customer satisfaction issues to the Service Leader. • Attend training Courses required to perform role. Train distributor resources. • Monitor and improve Distributors performance, ensure services provided by distributor meets SLA. • Provide team leadership to other Field engineers • Own the technical service leader role to support service team. • Request technical assistance promptly when needed. • Complete administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner. • Assist in physical inventory activities as required. • Quality – Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented • processes. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue. • Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) – Comply with the EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations. – Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. – Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. • Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions. pairs to be performed within specified Mean • Time To Repair (MTTR) parameters and uptime objectives. • Perform equipment modifications and/or retrofits as required. | |
• Degree level education or Diploma, preferably in related IT/technical/engineering field. • Minimum 5 years related technical experience in Information Technologies software & hardware environment. • Experience with operation & maintenance of Windows Server / Windows operating systems. • Fluent English language, plus Arabic is highly advantageous. • Customer focused. • Strong inter-personal and negotiating skills. • Self-motivated. • Flexible Preference will be given to EE candidates. | |
