Expert on Corruption Prevention, Integrity and Transparency (Job 2015/1)
A government agency in the state of Qatar is looking for a qualified expert who meets the following profile description:
Position: Expert in Anti-Corruption in the Public Sector (Integrity and Transparency)
Scope of Work:
Work on the design, the implementation and the evaluation of an anti-corruption/ compliance framework of measures to increase integrity and transparency in public institutions (ministries and similar institutions).
Profile requirements:
Academic:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Social Sciences or a related field. Bachelor’s level degree is a minimum requirement
- Any academic or policy related work, such as publications, relevant projects.
Professional experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in related field.
- Extensive experience in the fields of integrity, transparency, corruption prevention, corporate compliance or audit is considered essential.
- Previous work in the public sector and Arabic Speaker is considered a plus.
- Any relevant professional work considering scope of work should be listed and briefly described.
Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.
- For Native Arabs fluency in Arabic (oral and written) is essential, Basic English is a minimum requirement.
- For non-Arabs expatriates: fluency in English (oral and written) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to work as a team player, capacity to adapt to the needs of the working environment).
- Capacity to work independently, proactively identify needs and requirements of tasks and propose solutions.
- Capacity to organize complex matters and present them professionally.
