Programme Development and Funding Officer – Sudan

****Job profile****
We are looking for a highly motivated Programme Development and Funding Officer to be based within the Sudan team based in CAFOD’s Sudan Office in Khartoum.
****Job role****
You will support our programme staff and partners in developing high quality programmes and projects, ensuring that we and our partners obtain significant institutional donor funding for our development and humanitarian work, and maintaining and strengthening our relationship with key donors.
****Your profile****
You will be fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills, inter-cultural sensitivity and confidence in dealing with a wide range of NGO partners. You should have experience of developing successful funding applications for institutional donors as well as participatory project design and the use of analytical tools. We also expect you to be able to demonstrate knowledge of developing and implementing monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of programmes and an ability to build cooperative, professional relationships with donors.
