Project Description
Provides coordination for the production of proposals and systems developed or supported by the Proposal group. Supports proposal managers in the preparation of proposals. Handles the proposal process independently, identifies and circulates appropriate funding opportunities to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders, logs proposal data into the proposal database to ensure timely and accurate reporting, and creates and distributes both regular and ad hoc business development reports to senior leadership and others in the organization. Customizes Proposal/Request for Proposals (RFP) responses focusing on customer goals and product needs. Collaborates directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various departments to address non-standard features and donor specific issues.
