MRG is looking to recruit a Grants Financial Assistant to support our Drama, Diversity, and Development (DDD) Project. This project, which is part of the EU-funded Media and Culture for Development in the Southern Mediterranean Region Programme, uses culture to promote diversity and challenge discrimination in seven countries in the region. The Grants Financial Assistant will work with a small team including MRG staff as well as current and potential grantees, and will be responsible for reviewing grantees financial management and keeping up to date financial records. The post will also involve working with partners based in Southern Mediterranean countries in order to help troubleshoot issues related to financial management, as well as to develop financial systems that better support programme delivery. For this post, we are seeking an individual with a strong track record in programme financial management as well as experience working with civil society organisations and managing donor funded programmes.
